Company characteristics

  • Commercial or consumer service companies with recurring revenues
  • Minimum of three years of profitable operating history and strong reputation
  • Leadership or solid growth potential within its industry
  • Diverse customer base with high retention rates

Financials

  • Revenues of $25-$150 million
  • EBITDA of $4-$20 million
  • EBITDA margins of at least 10%

Target Markets

  • Industries that are relatively stable or growing
  • Products or services providing significant value-add to the customer

Geographic Focus

  • Predominantly the Western and Mid-Atlantic United States
